Over the past year, we saw very strong growth in the number of Android users around the world. To make it easier for users to buy their favorite applications and games on Android Market, we are bringing direct carrier billing additional transport networks in South Korea, the United Kingdom and Germany.
In South Korea, we have begun a phased rollout of the service to users of the first two transport networks - SK Telecom and KT Corporation. When complete, the deployment will reach over 10 million users, who can charge their purchases in the Android Market directly to their phone bills.

In Europe, we are developing the service to users of two popular regional carriers, Vodafone UK and Vodafone. Initially, the service is available only to users who have purchased their devices through online channels and retail Vodafone.
The new releases to expand the network of companies that already offer direct billing service in the U.S. in the T-Mobile, AT & T, Sprint and networks, and SoftBank in Japan, KDDI, NTT DoCoMo and networks.
Carrier Direct billing is a payment option key to users around the world, especially in areas where credit cards are less common. We will continue to partner with other operators to offer this payment option to their Android users. Watch for more announcements in coming weeks.
